Not consultancy.
Not recruitment.
Not interim.
And yet — we’re often called in after one of those hasn’t delivered.
Because when the board doesn’t want another presentation…

When everyone’s “aligned” but nothing actually moves…
That’s when someone quietly says:
“We need COGENT.”
We don’t do theory. We don’t do vanity metrics. We don’t do ‘advice and disappear’.
We get under the skin of what’s really going on.
Put experienced people into action.
Deliver outcomes that stick — and make you look good doing it.
Call it transition management. Call it fixing things. Call it the moment it turned.
Just don’t call it management consultancy.
